A PROJECT to restore woodland and marsh needs the help of residents with long memories.
The scheme aims to revamp Green's Wood and Marsh's Meadows which mark the old parish boundary between Droxford and Bishop's Waltham.
But Swanmore Conservation Group say they need the help of long-term residents who remember how the area used to look.
A plan is about to be submitted to the parish council and volunteers are carrying out surveys of the area on the first Sunday of each month.
Anyone interested in helping the group in their efforts can meet them at the Broad Lane pond at 11am next Sunday.
