SAINTS legend Matt Le Tissier donned the red and white stripes again at the weekend.
Just a week after appearing for Saints in the Football Masters tournament at Milton Keynes, Le Tiss played in the Brighton Beach tournament sponsored by Kronenbourg.
He played for a Saints team against Brighton in a match which was a side issue to the main event - a tournament featuring England, Portugal, Spain and Eric Cantona's France and televised by Sky TV.
The England side featured Southampton-based lad Daniel Farry and Isle of Wight duo TD Al Said and GC Giancovich.
And England boss John Scales, the former Liverpool and Spurs defender, insists this area is at the forefront of developing beach football in England.
"GC, TD and Daniel are all very good and are the type of young players we have been trying to introduce to the sport," admitted Scales.
