Multi-eventer Chloe Foot proved her versatility with a double victory for New Forest Juniors in their final Southern Electric Wessex Young Athletes' League fixture of the season at Poole.
The youngster won the A-string high jump with a 1.25 metre leap and headed the under-13 girls' hurdles in 12.5.
New recruit Ailsa Roberts settled in nicely with a B long jump success of 3.98 and there was a fine 57.6sec win for Aishling Kerr, Roberts, Tiffany Markham and Foot in the 4x100m relay.
With good support from sprinter Jade Dixon and throwers Melissa Hawkins, Rebecca Gray and Hannah Duffy, NFJ's under-13 girls won their age group by a point from Poole.
Susan Roberts was the toast of the under-15 girls, completing a 100/200m double (13.2/27.8). Hayley Pointer joined in the twin success, winning the 1500m (5.10.0) and filling in with a 13.7 victory in the B 100m. In the under-17 age-group, Hollie Manus clocked 13.1 to win the 100m, Emily Sanderson led the 200m home in 29.6 and Jade Davies was the 1500m leader in 5.31.3.
It was a good day for the Martin family with Jamie finishing third in the under-15 A high jump and younger sister Zara winning both the under-11 girls' 75m (11.4) and long jump (3.42).
