Shirley have won the inter-section play-off between the Friday and Sunday sections of the Hampshire Ladies' Super League South.

The Friday side beat Winchester, who headed the Sunday section, 5-2.

In the race for individual honours Pam Hayman had the quickest leg of 14 darts and Jackie Coutts the best finish of 154.

Sue Lowther hit the most tons by an individual (68) and the aggregate winner on Fridays with a record 12 wins from 14 games. To those she added the singles title and a share as the pairs runners-up with Kerry McGuire.

Havant hit the most tons over both sections with 368 recorded. Gosport were next nearest on 330.

Mandy Keith led the way with maximums after hitting three in the season. Seven players each nailed two and nine hit just one.

l Six more maximums have been added to the season's total in the Bishop's Waltham Men's Summer League.

Steve Perren and Gordon Williams, both of Hedge End, were on the scoresheet as was Stuart Pink (Grapes). Colin Wolosianka and Roy Williams (Bishopstoke) and Sam Rooney (Eastleigh RI) joined the big hitters.

Also in the big score mode was Alfie Shawyer - the Wheatsheaf player hit a 171 in his match.

Players in the Eastleigh Town & Guests League are now scoring maximums at an average of five a week.

Just six weeks of league action has produced 30 180s with seven coming last time out.

Martin Hunt (Loco), A Pratt (Netley), Mick Meads (Loco), Linton Hickman (Foresters), Brian Colenutt (Lock Stock & Barrel), Lionel Webster (Eastleigh WMC) and Paul Dunn (Bitterne) were all on the mark.

Stuart Court (Forest Home A) nailed a finish of 160 in the Waterside Charity League.

Players and officials are reminded that the Cobweb Solutions Fareham Men's Winter League general meeting takes place on June 24.

The venue is Fareham British Legion at 8pm.

In the summer league meanwhile four pairs remain for finals night. That should be a good evening for the Gordon Arms who have three of the four pairs. Portsdown A is the other team.
