BRINGING DOWN THE HOUSE (12A): Comedy about a recently-divorced lawyer who forms a friendship over the Internet with a woman who claims to be a lawyer but turns out to be an escaped convict.
DARKNESS FALLS (15): Horror movie in which a man returns to his home town to confront the murderous ghost who almost killed him when he was a child. The ghost, The Tooth Fairy, can only kill in the dark and is afraid of light.
DIRTY DEEDS (18): Sydney 1969 is the setting for this film about a crime mogul fighting off competition from a couple of American hoods.

KANGAROO JACK (PG): Two inseparable friends are embroiled in a series of shady get-rich-quick schemes. When their latest scam goes wrong, a mob boss sends them to Australia to deliver $50,000 to an associate.
MOSTLY MARTHA (PG): German movie about an obsessive chef who takes in her niece when her sister dies.
OLD SCHOOL (15): A man rents a house on the edge of a campus and goes about setting up a fraternity for disenfranchised men.
PHONE BOOTH (15): An arrogant publicist finds himself pinned down in a phone booth in the middle of New York by a sniper with a grudge.
RIPLEY'S GAME (15): John Malkovich stars as Tom Ripley in this follow-up to The Talented Mr Ripley. Believing he has been insulted, Ripley hatches a plan to bring the man who offended him down by turning him into an assassin.
SECRETARY (18): A young woman who has recently been released from a mental institution gets a job as a legal secretary. But soon she and her boss become drawn into a world of sadomasochism as the pair develop a bizarre yet sensitive relationship.
