THE Andover Little Chef has been chosen to pilot a new menu whichcould lead to a new, multi-million pound refurbishment programme.
The new menu will now feature Harry Ramsden's world famous fish and chips, homemade pancakes and Italian stone baked pizzas.
In the 45 years Little Chef has been going a staggering seven billion pieces of toast have been eaten and two billion mugs of tea drunk.
Little Chef's plans for Andover include re-introducing free refills on cups of teas and coffee.
The restaurant will be introducing a take away service of fish and chips and pizzas.
Bosses in London have chosen Andover Little Chef because customers are very discerning.
Ben Forbes, Little Chef spokesman said: "All our exciting new changes are in response to customer demand.
"The endless coffee pot is great for road users because of its slow release caffeine kick."
The company intends to spend several thousand pounds revamping its restaurant at Andover south.
Work will be complete by the start of July.
