TEAMS from Hampshire and Gloucestershire took part in a challenge to create an outfit made from recycled items.
Participants from The Scott Centre in Andover were just pipped at the post, finishing runners up in the fashion challenge proposal competition.
Before the competition day each group had to produce two items of clothing with themes of rock and roll and outer space and with a budget of £15.
On the actual competition day participants had to produce one item of clothing with theatre as its theme using recycled items provided and within an allocated time.
All the outfits were judged in a fashion show at the end of the competition.
The purpose of the event was to explore young people's creative and imaginative talents.
