KEEP up the good work! That was the message to Sheila Hales whose hard work and dedication has brought sunshine into the lives of retired people for 30 years.
Grandson Craig Jeffries, who has been helping Sheila run the Hedge End Retired People's Day Centre Lunch Club since he was just three years old, also received praise along with several other volunteers.
Eastleigh Mayor Glynn Davies-Dear visited the centre in St John's Road to award the helpers with certificates for their efforts as part of National Volunteers Week.
