FREE taster sessions offering adults a chance to sample courses on offer at Redbridge Community School take place throughout next week.
The new £1m education centre shares the main school's Cuckmere Lane site and aims to get residents using it as much as pupils.
To show all the school has to offer, each day there are a host of fun and educational activities covering everything from keep fit and massage to pizza-making and computer games.
Inside the new centre there is an IT suite, a pre-school and creche, several multi-purpose classrooms and a state-of-the-art, £120,000 recording studio.
The courses also offer access to many of these new facilities.
The centre gets its official launch on Saturday, June 14, when Olympic 400-metre runner Todd Bennett, pictured, cuts the ribbon.
The day sees a huge free summer fayre between 1-4pm, with games, raffles, demonstrations, stalls and cheerleading.
Monday's taster sessions are as follows: keep fit - 9.25am; steel drum session - 10.45am; yoga - 1.15pm; computing and the Internet - 7pm; running club (10-16 years) - 3pm; computer games session - 7pm; quick and easy cookery - 7pm; first aid - 6.15pm.
