THE grounds of Holywell House in Swanmore are being opened up to the public for an event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief.
Southampton Pop's Orchestra will be performing at the concert, which is the first of a kind for the charity and takes place on Saturday, July 12 with the permission of the Earl and Countess of Clarendon.
Guests are invited to take a picnic and enjoy the grounds as a roving jazz band and steel band entertain the crowd before a concert featuring themes from musicals, followed by a firework finale.
The concert is being held in a bid to raise money for a new Cancer and Information Support Centre in South Hampshire to help local people diagnosed with the disease.
Tickets for the event are available from the appeal office on 023 8023 6367 priced £20 for individuals or £18 each for a group of ten.
