PUPILS at Shipton Bellinger Primary School performed a Maypole dance and parade to raise money for matching t-shirts.
The Shipton Dance Club is run after school by dance teacher Jenny Kilduff, who said the group wanted the t-shirts to wear while performing at the forthcoming fete.
Due to the weather, the parade was held in the school playground and the youngsters performed the Maypole dance, the Sailor's Hornpipe and an old English country dance.
Jenny said: "It's the first time we have done this but we hope to make it an annual event. Children often do dances to modern music and it's been nice to break away from that and do something traditional."
The dances, performed in front of parents and grandparents, raised £50.
Jenny is now starting an after-school club at Clarendon Junior School in Tidworth.
