THE Daily Echo today asks why the suffering goes on for the family of murdered Hampshire teenager Hannah Foster.
Nearly three months after Hannah, 17, was found raped and strangled in a country lane near Southampton, they are forced to endure an agonising wait while the prime suspect remains in India.
Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, 35, is still at large despite being one of Britain's most wanted men. Hampshire police have done everything they can but the force is powerless to intervene and must leave it to the authorities in India to act.
Now even the detective leading the inquiry has spoken of his frustration that tracking down her suspected killer is out of his hands.
