FORMER school chums from Hedge End are being invited to reunite with their old pals.
Pupils of Wildern School who left in 1983 can reminisce as the band Absolute Eighties transports them back in time.
One former pupil is travelling all the way from Greece to see her old friends and, in a sign of how life has changed, her advertising company has printed the tickets.
Organiser Cheryl Scarr said: "I can honestly say there is no one I'm dreading seeing - but then we haven't invited any teachers!
"We have sold more than 100 tickets so far but we are aiming for about 150. So far people have found out about this from word of mouth and the Friends Reunited website.
"It's going to be a big surprise on the night to see how people have changed.
"I think you don't realise until you have left what a good time you have at school. Now I've got kids of my own and they are always whinging about it and they don't believe me."
Tickets cost £10. They will be available on the door of the Hampshire Tennis Club this Saturday where the party is being held from 7.30pm to 12.30am.
