Basingstoke & North Hants and Havant, arguably Hampshire's top club sides, will meet in the ECB Club Championship regional semi-final at May's Bounty on June 8. In the other semi-final, either Bashley (Rydal) or Portsmouth face Corsham.
Basingstoke cruised through their quarter-final, beating Falkland by six wickets after bowling them out for 138. Lee Nurse hit 63 for Basingstoke.
Richard Hindley took 4-10 and Andy Perry hit a match-winning 44 not out after Havant had bowled Thatcham out for 91 to win with ease.
Winchester KS lost out by two runs in an rain-affected affair at Corsham, while Portsmouth's scheduled home tie with Bashley (Rydal) was postponed and will be played at St Helen's, Southsea, on Sunday.
Corsham's 172-8 (Martin Taylor 3-20) was reduced to 111 off 29 overs but that was too many for Winchester, who could manage only 108-9.
