WHITCHURCH'S Rising Fives Pre-School has welcomed Bridget Smith as joint play leader of its Wednesday afternoon parent and toddler session.
Bridget, who joins Debbie Pullan at the group, has an NVQ in pre-school practice and also works at St Mary Bourne Pre-School.
She lives in the town and has two daughters at the primary school.
Bridget replaces Shirley Mackrill who decided to leave because of other commitments. Shirley stayed on in her post until the pre-school could find a replacement.
Charlotte Thompson, chairman of Rising Fives' management committee, said: "Bridget and Debbie make an excellent team and we are delighted to have them on board.
"We are, however, very sad to say goodbye to Shirley and the whole group would like to thank her for her hard work during her time with us."
