THE new mayor of Test Valley Cllr Pat West celebrated her election and appointment to office for the coming year at Crossfield Hall in Romsey on Wednesday.
The Conservative councillor for Harroway will be supported by her consort and husband Peter West, deputy mayor Cllr Neville Whiteley and deputy mayoress Janet Whiteley during her mayoral year.
