ALL things scientific were taking place at Shipton Bellinger Primary School recently as part of the school's focus week.
Pupils enjoyed a variety of activities to raise their awareness and understanding of science.
Events included a trip to the INTEC centre in Winchester, visits from a tortoise ex-pert, Guide Dogs for the Blind and chicks in an incubator.
Some parents spent time at the school ex-plaining to pupils how science fits into their job role and science educator Ian Dunne, from Southampton, spent a day running his science show, which involved three shows for the infants, juniors and upper juniors as well as an afternoon of storytelling. To mark the end of the week pupils made egg transporters and prizes were awarded to the best designs.
