PUPILS at Anton Infant and Junior schools have raised almost £3,000 for the children's charity, the NSPCC.
The children took part in a sponsored task which involved colouring in a picture and finding the dangerous aspects hidden within.
By collecting sponsorship from family and friends, the schools' combined effort managed to raise a staggering £2,841 for the charity.
NSPCC area schools organiser Amanda Seymour visited Anton Infants to receive the money during a special assembly.
