BLUE CRUSH (18): A brilliant surfer is in training for a big contest but is held back by fears of having another accident.
BULLETPROOF MONK (12A): A mystical Tibetan warrior picks an unlikely youngster to take over the role of guarding an ancient scroll which grants its reader youth and power. The pair are soon in the thick of the action when the scroll is stolen by a Nazi officer.
DREAMCATCHER (15): Horrific Stephen King adaptation about an unusual alien invasion. The occupants of a crashlanded alien spaceship infect the local residents and wildlife with deadly spores, which germinate with devastating consequences.
EVELYN (PG): Pierce Brosnan plays a painter and decorator struggling to keep his family together in 1950s Dublin.

HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN TEN DAYS (12A): A columnist for a women's magazine is assigned to 'lose a guy in ten days' by making classic relationship mistakes. But little does she know that the object of her 'affections' has made a bet that he can make a woman fall in love with him in ten days.
JOHNNY ENGLISH (PG): Rowan Atkinson plays a bumbling secret agent who is given the job of protecting the Crown Jewels and finds himself struggling to foil a plot by an evil mastermind to take over Britain.
JUNGLE BOOK 2 (U): Mowgli and co get another outing in this rehash of the 1967 classic cartoon. Bored with village life, Mowgli heads back to the jungle in search of adventure with his animal friends.
LE FILS (12A): Subtitled French/Belgian film about a working class man whose life is blighted by tragedy.
THE LITTLE POLAR BEAR (U): Cartoon for very young children about an inquisitive polar bear who shocks his community by striking up a friendship with a young seal.

PHONE BOOTH (15): An arrogant publicist, Stu, finds himself pinned down in a phone booth in the middle of New York by a sniper with a grudge. Shot in real time, the film sees Stu learn to regret his selfish ways.

S CLUB: SEEING DOUBLE (PG): The pop stars find themselves replaced with look-a-likes to give them a break from their gruelling schedules only to discover that the doubles are clones.
WELCOME TO COLLINGWOOD (15): Comic caper starring George Clooney about a crime which goes wrong. Cosimo (Luis Guzman) has plotted the perfect heist, but is sent to jail before he can execute it - leaving his girlfriend to carry it out.
