This four-piece rock band from Hedge End, Southampton are young but have made huge inroads on the local music scene.
The line-up is lead vocalist Dan Baker (17), guitarist Stuart Goodeve (18), bass player Robin Stacey (17) and drummer Chris Villiers (18). All are currently in full-time education studying for A-levels or a BTEC.
The current members have been together for nearly a year and recently played The Brook to an audience of 200.
Uncle Herb was formed by Stuart, who is also the band's songwriter, and Chris - both formerly of a band called Dune. They have acquired a committed manager in the form of Barry Baker and created a dedicated website: www.uncleherb.co.uk
Uncle Herb will be playing TJ's Club in Totton tonight and Lennon's, Bevois Valley on Saturday, June 7.
