CHERRIES boss Sean O'Driscoll has pinpointed uncompromising Lincoln City as the team "everybody will want to avoid in the play-offs".
O'Driscoll has been one of the few managers to defend the Imps' tactics this season as Keith Alexander's side have come in for some heavy criticism for their direct style of play.
Eighth-placed Lincoln will be looking to boost their play-off hopes when they face O'Driscoll's troops in Cherries' final home league game of the season at Dean Court tomorrow (3pm kick-off).
O'Driscoll said: "I watched Lincoln at Cambridge on Tuesday and was full of admiration for the way they played and although it finished 0-0, they really should have won it comfortably.
"They believe in what they are doing and it doesn't matter whether you pass the ball or get it forward early, you won't succeed at anything unless you are committed, which is what they are."
Cherries are sweating on the fitness of Steve Fletcher who partially dislocated his shoulder during the Easter Monday win over Shrewsbury and targetman Derek Holmes is on standby to deputise.
