A GRADE II listed office building in Brunswick Place, Southampton, has been sold to the partners of accountancy firm Rogers Evans for £485,000 by agents Palmer Fry and Rebbeck Brothers.
The building, pictured above, which overlooks the park comprises 2,884 sq ft with a total of eight parking spaces. Holloway Illiffe and Mitchell acted for the purchaser.
Jeremy Braybrooke of Palmer Fry said: "The fact that this property went to best offers indicates the huge demand we are still experiencing for freehold offices in the city centre."
