Bournemouth travel to Hull City tomorrow looking for maximum points in their bid for automatic promotion from Nationwide Division 3.
Despite being roared on by vast crowds, the Tigers have found their luxurious new surroundings anything but homely and have managed just one win in their last eight games at the KC.
And although only Lincoln (1-0) and Wrexham (2-1) have left East Yorkshire with maximum points, five home draws out of six between mid-January and mid-March saw Peter Taylor's boys slip off the pace.
Taylor is the first to admit his team have underperformed this season and the former England Under-21 boss is hoping to transform the Tigers into a promotion-winning force next term.
He said: "We know over the season we have dropped and given away too many points. That's why we're not in a play-off position now and that's our own fault.
"We will all learn from it. The players are now playing for their places in the next campaign."
