Volunteer puppy sitters are being sought in the Winchester area by the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
Puppy-walking supervisor, Leigh Saunders, explained: "Volunteer puppy walkers carry out the invaluable role of training and caring for guide dog puppies until they are just over a year old. The puppy walkers occasionally need to take holidays or require cover for emergencies and this is where the charity needs support."
Full support, advice and training on dog care and handling will be provided. The charity will supply basic equipment and cover all veterinary and feeding expenses.
For further information, ring Leigh on 023-80768800.
