Saints have been allocated just under 25,000 tickets for next month's FA Cup final.
Arsenal have been given virtually an identical amount for the Millennium Stadium showpiece on May 17.
The FA will share the remaining 22,000 tickets among their member clubs and county associations.
Saints, in the FA Cup final for the first time for 27 years, have been given the South Stand, which is the larger end of the 72,500 all-seater stadium in the Welsh capital.
They will have 5,406 tickets at £80, 12,980 at £60, 1,463 at £45 and 3,250 at £25.
In addition, there will be spaces in the Family Enclosure with 1,396 at £60, 276 at £45 and 144 at £25.
Children aged under 16 get in the Family section for half price.
Tickets are due to be delivered by the FA over the Easter weekend and will be available to all 17,500 season ticket holders and to some members.
Saints are currently working out how many games some of the 22,000 members will need to have been to in order to qualify for a ticket.
Those deemed eligible will be contacted directly and will receive application forms early next week.
