IT'S celebration time at New Milton Junior School after a glowing verdict from government inspectors.
The school has received an even better Ofsted report than its good report of five years ago.
Everything from high academic standards to pupils' welfare was praised.
Chairman of governors Alan O'Sullivan said: "The whole school community can be rightly proud of their school.
"Not only are the academic standards high but great add-on value is given right across the curriculum and in developing the pupils for their place in society.
"I would like to congratulate head teacher John Crisp and his staff for their excellent leadership, very good teaching and commitment to improvement."
The latest Ofsted report commended New Milton Junior School for making further improvements over the past five years.
It highlighted the school's academic records, while in English, maths and science the school was achieving results well above average.
Teaching was good with very good and excellent lessons. There was an excellent leadership and management team under the helm of the head teacher and deputy head.
The report said the school had very good arrangements to promote pupil's personal development.
The only room for improvement highlighted by the inspection was for the school to increase its communications with parents.
Ofsted inspector Geoff Burgess concludes: "This is a very good school with no significant weaknesses, which has improved steadily over the years.
"Academic achievement, pupils' personal standards, teaching and overall leadership and management are very good."
Mr Crisp said: "We're very happy with the progress made since the last good Ofsted report five years ago by a new leadership team, and with the teachers, the support assistants and other staff in achieving such a very good report."
