FLAME-FOOTED dance maestro Michael Flatley has announced he will be bringing his world-famous Lord of the Dance to the south coast this summer.
One of the most popular shows in musical history, the spectacular dance show will be performed at the Bournemouth International Centre in August as part of a two-month UK tour.
Devised, written, produced and choreographed by Flatley - who is now the show's creative director - the Irish dance showcase has broken box office records all over the world and has amassed more than $400million in ticket sales since it was first performed in Dublin in 1996.
There are currently three Lord of the Dance troupes performing the show in Europe and the USA.
After seven years, the show's popularity shows no signs of waning.
A Chinese tour is scheduled for later this year, while negotiations are under way to take the show to Broadway.
You can see Lord of the Dance at the Bournemouth International Centre from August 5 to August 31.
