INVESTMENT continues at south coast holiday centre Sandy Balls with the latest two berth luxury hideaways already attracting plenty of bookings.
Nestled among the trees on the 120 acre site they will have uninterrupted views across the Avon Valley and form part of the firm's latest £160,000 investment programme for the company.
The addition of the new lodges brings the total of hideaway havens to ten, and offers couples the opportunity for a bolthole away from the stresses and strains of everyday life at any time of the year.
All of the hideaways have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus a kitchen and lounge with all mod cons and a verandah.
The company is now gearing up for a hectic holiday season with bookings rising year on year as the centre develops its attractions for both first time and repeat visitors.
The arrival of the new lodges follows hot on the heels of new accolades for the environmentally friendly holiday centre.
It has just received its seventh David Bellamy Conservation Award - in recognition of its green environmental initiatives.
Sandy Balls was judged by independent assessors on a number of factors including the cultivation of flora and fauna, the creation of habitats designed to encourage a variety of wildlife on the centre and its recycling and waste management policies as well as its links to the local community and the use of local materials and craftsmen.
