HAMBLE Parish Council has agreed a precept of £118,000 for the 2003/04 financial year.
The move will mean a rise of just over two per cent for Band D council tax payers - an increase in line with inflation.
Band D householders will pay £67.80 for the village authority's part of next financial year's council tax demands, up £2.08 on the current year's bills.
