SOUTHAMPTON'S night buses will be getting into the party spirit this month as drivers will be dressing up as jolly Santas.
Southampton City Council's Nightlink service operates every Friday and Saturday night from midnight to 2.30am and ensures that all the late night party goers get home safely, particularly around the party season of December.
Councillor Richard Williams said: "Nightlink has transformed city safety for the thousands of night-time revellers who use the bus service. Santa drivers transporting local people safely home during December will give a jolly festive theme."
