SOUTHAMPTON businessman Frank Dixie is not one to shy away from a challenge - a recent contract took him to the other side of the world.
His freight company, Premier Shipping, transported an aeroplane mock-up to a buyers' exhibition in China as part of a contract with south coast-based AIM.
Mr Dixie said everything had to be timed perfectly and staff at Premier worked hard to pack the aeroplane before loading in Southampton docks.
He then went to Hong Kong to ensure the consignment got onto the next barge for its final journey to Zhuhai.
He said: "It was an incredible contract for us. We pride ourselves as freight forwarders on being able to handle anything and this certainly proved the point."
