Olympic runner Jamie Baulch will be lending his support to members from a Winchester gym this today when they take part in a 24-hour marathon of exercise in aid of charity.
The Welsh athlete will be giving encouragement to the teams from Aspirations gym at the Winchester Tennis and Squash Club as they complete a wide range of activities including exercising on rowing machines, treadmills, step machines and bikes.
The challenge is in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
Helen Joyce, manager of the gym, said: "We are delighted that Jamie has agreed to lend us his support for our challenge. It means a lot to the members."
