Staff from King Alfred's College in Winchester set themselves a big challenge - to decorate a school hall in 24 hours.
The Challenge Anneka-style event was designed not only to help the pupils of All Saints school in Highcliffe but also to foster team building skills among the college staff.
With the help of local businesses who donated material for the makeover they spruced up the hall much to the delight of the school's young pupils.
Among those taking part was college vice-prinicipal, Tommy Geddes.
Jane Wiggins, college director of campus and conference services said: "It is good to get people doing things differently to the way they do them in the workplace."
King Alfred's College has sports fields in Bar End and we wanted to do something in a community where we have a presence."
