A PUPPET giraffe might seem an unusual prop to teach children about the dangers of drugs, but that's exactly what one education programme is doing.
Harold the puppet went down a treat with children at Siskin Junior School in Rowner as part of an initiative to teach them about how they can lead healthier lives.
The innovative lessons are part of the Life Education Centre Project, a charity backed by Hampshire Rotary clubs.
Throughout the week a mobile classroom will be outside Siskin Junior School.
Classes from local schools will also be able to take advantage of the health and drug information programmes.
