THERE'S an added local interest in the latest production to be staged at Salisbury Playhouse.
Pilot Theatre Company's production of Road, the Jim Cartwright play that takes a peep through the keyhole into the lives of the diverse residents of an unspecified suburban street, features footage of real streets in and around Salisbury.
The group, who brought their acclaimed hi-tech version of Lord of the Flies to the Playhouse last year, are using different footage for each venue they visit. The ambitious production features DVD projection, live surveillance cameras and an original contemporary soundtrack. AW
Until Saturday. Performance: 8pm. Tickets: from £8.50. Box office: 01722 320333.
