Redbridge Under-16s moved into the County semi-final stage and strengthened their hopes of a run in the national competition when they won their away tie against John Hanson School, Andover.
It looked plain sailing for the Southampton school when they led 4-1 but the home side refused to lie down and pulled back two goals. Redbridge only sealed their victory with the final goal of the game to win 5-3.
James Lavender (2), Kyle Williams, Marc Bailey and Matthew Monk - with a brilliant solo effort - scored for Redbridge who have a home tie next Wednesday against Brighton Hill from Basingstoke.
Weston Park, cruised into the fourth round of the individual schools under-14 national competition with a 7-1 hammering of Budmouth Tech College in Weymouth.

The City under-15 squad were hoping to play their ESFA/Wizards Trophy third round tie against Sutton today at the University Playing Fields in Wide Lane after the postponement at Vosper-Thornycroft's ground last Tuesday.
Southampton have put out Brighton and Aldershot & Farnborough, while Sutton have moved past Woking and Worthing.
Should there be a result to today's game, Southampton will be away to East Berks next week in the Wright Cup first round.
The under-14 City side, after a number of weeks without a game, go to Aldershot for their second Mayes League fixture, having already beaten Eastleigh and Winchester.
The under-11s opened their Berkshire League programme with a decisive away win over the Vale of the White Horse.
A first half hat-trick from Nick Watts put Southampton well on top, producing quality football throughout the side. Goals by Danny Clark (2), Mike Carter and Nick Watts underlined their superiority before the Vale replied.
Next Saturday Southampton travel to meet Chiltern & South Bucks in the Southern Counties Cup first round.
