LEGENDARY jazz player Stan Tracey brings his multi-talented Quintet to Southampton Jazz Club on Tuesday night for some cool grooves.
Stan is one of the most influential figures in British jazz and is the foremost modern pianist in the country.
Stan's quintet includes world-class trumpeter Guy Barker who has written numerous film scores as well as working with the likes of Van Morrison and Elvis Costello. Completing the quintet is leader Bobby Wellins, Andy Cleynert, who is one of the most sought-after bass players in the country and drummer Clarke Tracey.
Expect an evening of great music which is as classy as it comes.
