BASINGSTOKE ice skating trio Katrina More-Molyneux, Stephanie Allwright and Antoinette Hempel have all qualified for the British Championships to be held in Dumfries, starting on December 3.
Allwright finished fifth in a recent British junior ladies qualifier, while More-Molyneux was sixth at the same event in Swindon.
Hempel finished 14th in the primary ladies competition to also book a place in the 18-strong event.
The Basingstoke team of skaters had a successful time in the recreational ice dance league as they took victory in Coventry.
The team is made up of Carol Atkinson, Pam Capewell, Paul Clark, Geoff Fryer, Sue Ellen Giles, Stuart McCriere, Jane Rogerson, Mick Whitfield, Maxine Wilson and Charles Wright.
Basingstoke skaters also picked up plenty of medals at the Alexandra Palace Open with Laura Freeman and Victoria Heath-Smith winning their classes.
Full Basingstoke successes were: Under Novice under-nine: 2nd Lucy-Anne Walker; 3rd Elizabeth Floyd. Level 1 Boys any age: 2nd Daniel Strachan; 3rd Ben Snowball. Level 1 Girls under-nine: 1st Laura Free-man; 3rd Rachel Blake; 4th Rachel Jackson. Level 2/3 Girls under-11: 3rd Annabel Colenutt. Level 2/3 Girls over-12: 2nd Hannah Loake; 3rd Charlotte Jackson. Exhibition: 2nd Rosanna Littleton. Compulsory Ice Dance - Novice: 3rd Amy Sanders. Compulsory Ice Dance - Elementary: 1st Victoria Heath-Smith; 2nd Claire Miller. Variation Dance - Elementary: 2nd Victoria Heath-Smith.
