REPRESENTATIVES of Eastleigh's French and German twin towns Villeneuve-Saint-Georges and Kornwestheim will be taking part in the Remembrance Sunday Service.
They will join Eastleigh Mayor Councillor Gillian Connell at the Leigh Road Recreation Ground war memorial.
The service, which starts at 10.45 am, is being organised by Eastleigh and Chandler's Ford branch of the Royal British Legion.
Remembrance Day parades and services will also be held by the Legion in other parts of the borough.
The mayor will be represented at services at the cenotaph at St Boniface Church garden, Chandler's Ford and St Edward's Church, Netley Abbey.
There will be a civic wreath-laying ceremony at the cenotaph in the military cemetery in Netley's Royal Victoria Country Park at 2.15pm.
