POLICE have expressed concern about the welfare of a 15-year-old Southampton girl who has been missing for five days.
Samantha Horeman, known to her friends as "Sammy Jo" or "Sam", was last seen at her home at Millers Pond, Sholing, when she return from a night out with friends at 10.20pm last Sunday.
She was not at home at 7.45am on Monday. When last seen, Sam was wearing dark blue jeans with lace down the sides of the legs, a pink top and black leather space boots. She is believed to have taken a gold top and black trousers with her. Sam is 5 ft 3 in with brown eyes and long brown hair with highlights. She has a tanned complexion. She is a student at Southampton City College, where she is studying child care and sign language.
"Sam is not in any sort of trouble. We just need to know that she is safe and well," said PC Ben Thomas. Anyone who knows her whereabouts is asked to contact police on 0845 045 4545.
