THE mother of missing Hampshire teenager Dan Nolan has urged him to get in touch after his grandmother passed away.
Pauline Nolan posted a touching note to her 15-year-old son, pictured above, on his official website so that he can access it anywhere in the world.
It reads: "On October 17 Nanny Nolan passed away in Dublin at the age of 78 years. Your dad needs a lift. Please if you get this note contact us or anybody to let dad and the rest of the family know you are safe.
"We all love you loads and miss you desperately. Please get in touch. God bless, mum xx."
Mrs Nolan said: "I know Dan could give his dad a lift right now because they are father and son but also very good friends.
"I want him to contact anybody. If he's got a problem with us or anything that happened that evening then he could contact the National Missing Persons Helpline."
The National Missing Persons Helpline number is 0500 700 700.
Dan went missing from a pontoon on the river Hamble after a fishing trip with pals on New Year's Day. Police made extensive searches of the river and nearby land but no trace has been found.
