Paul Austin has been suspended for 176 days by the Hampshire FA after being sent off twice while playing for Horndean in the Jewson Wessex League this season.
His suspension starts on March 10 2003 and continues until September 1.
Gosport Borough have been severely warned as to their future conduct after playing Ashley Vickers against Portsmouth RN in the Wessex League while he was seving a suspension.
Moneyfields SC Youth, who play in the South Hants Glass Portsmouth Youth League, were warned for playing under a general suspension.
Romanstoke, who play in the Basingstoke & District Sunday League, were severely warned following misconduct by spectators.

Netley Vets' Peter Thornhill has been suspended for 182 days for an offence while playing against Bishopstoke WMC in the Southampton Saturday League. His general suspension has been lifted.
Allan Weston of Waterlooville Boys Old Boys was warned following an offence while playing against East Meon in the Meon Valley Sunday League.
Whitchurch United of the Wessex League were severely warned after playing Errol McLaughlin in a match against Thatcham while he was under suspension.
Winchester City of the Wessex League were severely warned for playing Clifford Power against Newport IoW when he was under suspension.
Andrew Butler of Cowes Sports has been warned as to future conduct.
