SURREY rockers Hundred Reasons are fast becoming the band of the future.
While American rock bands such as Slipknot and Queens Of The Stone Age are taking the world by storm, Hundred Reasons are doing a great job representing the UK.
Having already received critical acclaim for a trio of EPs (imaginatively titled EP1, EP2 and EP3) and their debut album Ideas Above Our Station, Hundred Reasons could quite easily be an arena-sized band this time next year. They released their latest single, Falter, last month.
This year has been a bit of a mad one for the boys. They spent much of the summer on tour, playing Ozzfest, Reading Festival, The Isle Of Wight Festival and Glastonbury before dates abroad which culminated with an appearance at the Tokyo Blitz club, playing to over 1,500 people.
Their Southampton show comes in the middle of their current UK tour. Catch them while you can.
Southampton Guildhall, October 30. Tickets: £10. Box office: 023 8063 2601.
