The top two and the bottom two in London Four South-West meet - and it could mean good or bad news for Tottonians and Trojans, with victories apiece vital for their own personal goals.
For Trojans, it is a chance to break their league duck against the only other side in the same boat, Cranleigh, when the Surrey strugglers travel south - while Tottonians can overtake Farnham at the summit when they go over the border the other way.
It is a vital weekend for the Stoneham Lane side, as they aim to bounce back from their dismal cup exit at New Milton last weekend, and coach Richard Cheal resists the temptation for wholesale changes, sticking to the side bar two on duty that day.
Nigel LeBas returns at scrum-half while Jon Hyde is recalled to prop in a game which Cheal knows full well a win can be the only outcome. "After last week, training on Tuesday night was very intensive and the lads showed some passion and commitment.
"Now I want them to put that onto the park tomorrow," he said.
At the other end of the league, Tottonians know that a win of any variety will take them to the top of the table, but the trip to leaders Farnham will be made without their skipper, Miles Northover, whose ankle injury sustained last week has not recovered in time.
County lock Ali Ramus takes over the captaincy and there is a debut start for Simon Dine, who fills in for Northover at hooker. Long-term holidayed Guy Tonkins returns to push the unfortunate Mike Searle to the replacements bench.
Southampton could do their local rivals a favour, but they will have to raise their game considerably if they are to stop the Wild Geese of London Irish from leaving Test Park with the points.
Nick Timms is back from injury, while skipper Tony Cador reverts to inside centre to partner the recalled James Woolf. Veteran Alex Scott comes back into the fold for the first time this season, having declared his intention to play vets rugby this season.
"We expect a very hard game against one of the top teams," said Dave Griffiths, who has been targeted for some special treatment according to the LIARFC web-site! "Hopefully that will focus the team into producing a good 80- minute performance."
And skipper Tony Cador wanted to emphasise Griffiths' point about an 80-minute performance.
