Barry Blankley has told his Bashley players their good form must continue when they host Dr Martens East Division strugglers Spalding.

Blankley, whose side have only lost one game this season, has a full squad to choose from tomorrow.

He said: "It's another big game for us.

"They're not going well but, while we are, it's important to maintain it.

"Once you get into a rut, it's very difficult to get out of, so it's important we play like we have for as long as possible."

Salisbury City travel to Chatham to tomorrow with a slight doubt over the fitness of Stuart Brown.

Assistant manager Tommy Killick: "I'm hoping that Stuart will still be able to play. He might have broken his nose in our draw at Dorchester on Wednesday night. We're not sure yet."

Mid-table Chatham lost 7-2 at Kings Lynn on Saturday but Killick added: "They have picked up a couple of players recently, so we're not reading too much into that result. I'm still expecting this to be a good test for us."

Newport IOW player manager Steve Tate will give a starting place to Matt Preston, who re-signed for Newport on Monday, when his side travel to Tonbridge tomorrow.

Army man Preston, a right wing back, was signed on Monday but Tate is suspended and Leigh Cole is struggling to be fit - he has a badly bruised calf.

Newport's midweek league cup clash with Weymouth was also a victim of the weather.

Tate added: "That was gut wrenching. We played so well at Ashford last week. The lads were bubbling and we wanted to capitalise by playing a game within a few days to keep the run going.

"Hopefully we can do that tomorrow. Tonbridge is always a difficult place to go but we're confident now."

Second from bottom Fleet Town are expected to welcome back midfielder Steve Black from injury when they play Rothwell at Calthorpe Park.

Co-managers Mark Dennis and Adie Aymes have been without a number of key players since they took over at Fleet but, with Black on the way back, things are looking up.

They take charge of their fourth league match still looking for their first point but former Saint Dennis said: "We're very optimistic that Blacky will be back.

"No disrespect to the boys that have been playing - it's been tough for them.

"They're very young and their effort has been tremendous but we need quality and Black provides that.

"He's got a very good engine, which we've missed recently, and he likes to get the ball down and play.

"Our midfield has been overrun in the last few games because we haven't had strikers who hold the ball up.

"I don't know much about Rothwell but Jesse Bone does. He's Mr Fleet - he's been with us for nearly 20 years and he'll fill us in.

"Obviously it's es-sential we get the first win as soon as possible."
