EVERYONE'S familiar with Hamlet's "To be or not to be..." and Juliet's "Romeo, Romeo..." speeches.
But what if Hamlet was pondering his existence while preparing to seduce Lady Macbeth, or Juliet and Romeo's romance would be fine if it wasn't for that pesky Puck?
In Jonathan Shelley's Malvolio's Revenge - at the Tower Arts Centre, Winchester, on Thursday - Shakespeare's characters and their famous speeches are liberated from their original plays and put into a different context.
Characters from Twelfth Night are the driving force behind the play, including Malvolio, the wronged steward who suffered from too much pride.
The play is being brought to the stage by Hampshire-based theatre company Well Works Productions. The show starts at 7.30pm.
