Holders Vosper Thornycroft sailed comfortably through their first hurdle brushing aside Durley 7-1 with a pair apiece from Mick Moffatt and Gary Male. Cup final scorer Mike Spinney was also on the mark, along with Jason Hurst and Askhan Karimzadeh.
Runners-up Nursling also went through against Botley Village with Paul Odam opening the scoring and Greg King scoring with a shot reminiscent of the disallowed goal on the final whistle of last year's final.

Colden Common defeated Winchester City's North Hants League team 2-0 with Lee Kelly and Simon Stillwell doing the business.
