Marie Curie Cancer Care has teamed up with the Army Training Regiment to launch the ultimate team challenge at Sir John Moore Barracks, Winchester.
"One Moore Challenge", on November 30th, will feature a series of military-style exercises, while raising funds for the charity's cancer care and cancer research.
Activities include an indoor obstacle course, small arms training, swimming, paint-balling, assault course and leadership and command tasks. At the end, participants will be joined by senior officers in the mess for an evening meal and prize-giving.
All the events, run by army instructors, are aimed at increasing self-confidence, building trust and team spirit, improving communication and problem-solving.
Said fund-raising manager, Jo Trezise-Govey: "If you're looking for a team-building event for your company or club, trying to build corporate-client relationships, or you're after a fun day out with friends, this is the event for you!"
