GOOD friends Sue Howell and Molly Falcon waved farewell to wellwishers outside Wildhern Village Hall as they embarked on their latest adventure.
This time they are driving from London to Athens in the World Cup Rally.
The rallying duo have set off on the 4,000 mile trip in their sponsored Daihatsu and hope to mirror the success they had in their first attempt at rallying last year.
Then the adventuresome duo drove to the Sahara and back in Sue's Peugeot.
It's a big challenge for the pair, who will be expected to tackle 12 countries in 12 days, driving through France, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Albania before heading into Greece and onto Athens.
But as they set off on Friday morning, accompanied by peals from the Blue Horizon Handbell Ringers, they were confident of completing the challenge and raising money for the Hatherden School Building Fund.
