BASINGSTOKE Aquadrome is the latest big name to lend its support to the St Michael's Hospice Mad Hair Day extravaganza.
Staff are looking forward to the big day - October 25 - when everyone is being encouraged to sport weird and wonderful hairstyles.
The event is sponsored by Wella and supported by Festival Place and Gazette Newspapers.
Gym instructor Jodie McAulay said: "Everyone here at the Basingstoke Aquadrome is really excited. We love to have fun and this is a great way to support St Michael's Hospice.
St Michael's Hospice fundraiser Melanie Neale said: "The event is proving very popular with local businesses and schools around Basingstoke, which is fantastic - but remember, Mad Hair Day is open to individuals too, so come on and get your wigs out for St Michael's Hospice."
Participants can show off their hair-dos at Porchester Square in the town's brand-new shopping and leisure centre, Festival Place.
Prizes will be on offer for the best entries.
Fashion police will also be roaming around on October 25 and 26, offering shoppers the chance to have a complete makeover.
